These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 35bf ("35bf", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform operating under applicable international gaming regulations.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 35bf platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. 35bf will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• KYC Verification: 35bf may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
• Account Currency: Accounts registered by Bangladesh-based players operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All balances, transactions, and limits are displayed and processed in BDT unless otherwise stated.

35bf reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason for such refusal.

• Accepted Bets: A bet or wager is only accepted and confirmed when the platform returns a written confirmation of the transaction to the Player. Any bet placed during a system interruption or connectivity failure may be void at 35bf's discretion.

• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bf hereby excludes all liability for:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 35bf's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded, 35bf's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

35bf collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering on the 35bf platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

35bf will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
